Submit a Claim for Time Reimbursement - Instructions
If your personal information was potentially affected by a cyberattack that took place against RailWorks on or about January 14, 2020 (the “Security Incident”) and you spent time remedying issues related to identity theft directly caused by the Security Incident, you may be eligible for benefits. Benefits include the reimbursement of up to five (5) hours of time spent at a rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per hour.
To receive benefits, you must first have enrolled in credit protection services provided by RailWorks. You could have enrolled previously when offered by RailWorks, or on this website. Then, you must submit a Time Reimbursement Claim Form. Claim forms for reimbursement for lost time must be submitted online or postmarked on or before May 18, 2021 if the last date that you expended time was prior to March 19, 2021. Otherwise Claims for Reimbursement of time are due 60 days after the date you last expended time but in no event later than April 1, 2023. Claim forms received after this deadline may not be honored.

Documentation is required to file a Time Reimbursement Claim Form. Valid documentation includes receipts, phone records, bank statements, or other documents showing the amount of your time spent and/or a detailed narrative description. You are also required to upload documentation such as proof of authority, a death certificate, or other applicable documentation if you are filing on behalf of the Claimant. Documents should be clear, readable copies as nothing will be returned to you. If you are filing online, files must be no larger than 20MB a piece and must be in one of the following formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tif, tiff, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, txt, rtf,or zip.

If you would like to file by mail, download a copy of the Credit Monitoring Claim Form here, then, mail the completed Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator as listed above.
